Shipping Policy

Shipping times varies as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. We use all express shipping worldwide through out fedex and dhl. Package will only be send out on weekdays/business days(Monday to Friday). For orders over and above $200 usd. Shipping is for free. Duty is not included. You will be responsible for paying your own duty. Please note that you might receive sms/text msgs for duty fee collection. Failure to do so or provided wrong address or phone number might resulted in a package being send back to original location and extra cost of fee will occur. Make sure once you receive the msg pay on time for the expected time of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer prepaid shipping labels. Please provide detailed shipping address. Non physical items will not be shipped out. For training videos related or certification papers please reach us out.
